By making a purchase on our website, you agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy. Please read it carefully before completing your order.
Return Conditions
Non-returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Underwear
- Socks
- Shapewear
- Lingerie
- Other intimate items
Return Period
All return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.
How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, please email us at contact@brennanandclarke.com with the following information:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue or reason for the return
- Photos, if applicable (for example, damaged items)
We will respond with further instructions within 1–3 business days.
Order Cancellation
Due to our automated order processing system, orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed. Please ensure all information is correct before completing your purchase.
Return Shipping Costs
Brennan & Clarke does not cover return shipping costs. The cost of returning items is the responsibility of the customer.
Return Label Requirement
All returned orders must include a return label. Returns received without a return label may not be eligible for a refund.
Refund Process
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at contact@brennanandclarke.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include a description of the issue along with photos so we can resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
